I'm Claudia Domancie
I can't wait to welcome you into my program!
Supporting you to feel confident, clear in your offering and grow you ideal client base by sharing tools in a supportive online environment over 8 weeks!
With 20+ years of teaching experience and 7+years in business I know that it can be hard!
I grew up uncoordinated as a kid and no one thought I could enter the fitness industry especially when I discovered Pilates and decided to become an Instructor!
I was advised to not do the Pilates course because I had such a poor mind body connection! This devastated me because I knew this was my calling!
Knowing deep down this was something I wanted to do, I decided to figure out how I was going to make my dream of helping others a reality.
When I first started out teaching:
- I struggled to remember the sequences.
- Didn’t know how to plan workouts that flowed.
- It took a long time and money to teach with confidence and understand what I was doing.
I have an extensive knowledge base in movement and I am qualified in Classical Pilates (second generation) Clinical Pilates Diploma, Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Reiki qualified. I have worked alongside Chiropractors and Osteopaths to help clients heal from injuries.
When I felt ready to start my own business (7 years ago) I had no system and no structure in place, so it took a lot of guess work for me to perfect the systems I use today.
The tools I use now provide me a lot more freedom and clarity while helping me stay organised. I am now able to attract my ideal clients and have a booked out studio while living a balanced life.
